Ingredients
- • Samba Rava – 1 Kg • Onions – 2 Chopped • Cardamom, Cloves – 2 Each • Cinnamon, Bay leaf – 1 Each • Green Chillies – 5 • Ginger – 4 • Garlic – ½ Inch • Mint Leaves, Corriander Leaves – As Required • Salt – As Required • Oil – 3 tsp (If you want, can add Ghee) • Carrot, Beans, Potato – 1 Cup Chopped
Instructions
- • Grind Ginger and Garlic and make it as Paste. • Heat Oil in a big Pan • Add Cardamom, Cloves, Cinnamon, Bay Leaf in it. • Add Ginger and Garlic Paste • Fry it for a minute • Add Onions, Green Chillies and Mint leaves and fry it for a minute. • Add Caarot, Beans and Potato and fry it for a minute. • Now add water as required to cook Rava (Usually 3 times the quantity of Rava) • Add Samba Rava and Salt and allow it to cook well for 15 minutes. Cook it closed. • Mix well and Garnish with Coriander Leaves. • Serve it with Onion Raitha
