- 1-3/4 cup flour ¼ cup cornstarch 3 teaspoons Matcha Green Tea Powder 1 teaspoon baking soda ½ teaspoon sea salt 1 cup sugar 3 eggs 1 c. oil 1 cup soy yogurt (or sour cream) 1-1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350F and grease 2 round 9″ pans with nonstick spray. 2. Beat eggs and sugar together. Add in yogurt and oil, followed by vanilla continuing to mix well. 3. Sift in the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, salt and matcha green tea powder. 4. Divide batter into pans and bake 22-26 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely before decorating.

Optional glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar ½ teaspoon vanilla ¾ teaspoon Matcha Green Tea Powder 1 tablespoon hot water
