Ingredients
- Corriander Leaves – 1 ½ Cup (Finely Chopped) Green Chilli – 6 Black Gram – 1 tbls Fenugreek – ½ ts Oil – 2 ts Coconut (Grated) – 2 tbls Water – 2 Cup Tamarind Paste – 1 ts Carrot, Beans, Potato – 1 Cup (Horizontaly Chopped) Red Gram – 1 Cup Jaggery – ½ ts Salt – As required.
Instructions
Fry Corriander Leaves, Green Chilli, Black Gram, Fenugreek and grated coconut in oil. Fry till they turn golden brownGrind the fried Ingredients.Cook the horizontally chopped Carrot, Beans and Potato.
In a Pan, add Water, Tamarind Paste, Salt and Jaggery and allow it to boil for 5 minutes.
Then add the cooked vegetables to this bolied mixture.
Then add Redgram (Cooked and Grinded)
Leave it for 10 minutes on flames
Serve it Hot!! Tasty Sambhar is ready!!!
