Summary: Bread Briyani is good for diabetic people and also for dieting people. Instead of White bread, can use wheat bread also. It’s a tasty diet food. Can make it spicier by adding more Briyani Masala and chilli powder

  • 5 Bread 1 Onion (Finely Chopped) 1 Carrot (chopped) 2 Cauliflower (Chopped) 100 Gms Peas 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tsp Briyani Masala Salt to taste Oil as required

Instructions

  1. In a Pan, Heat Oil and add Onion, Ginger Garlic Paste and sauté it. Add all the chopped vegetables and then add Briyani Masala and salt. Slice the bread into pieces Add the bread as such to the above Masala and mix well Or Dip the bread slices into water and dry the water by hand and then add that to the above Masala.
