About: I trained as a chef many years ago and ever since have enjoyed making up my own recipes-trying out different flavours and tecniques sometimes with unusual results! I currently work as a cook/housekeeper in a country house in Hampshire and we have quite a few dinner parties, quite often our guests are unwitting guinea pigs for my latest creation! I hope you will try out some of the recipes I have posted on this site, most are easy, I don't often do things that are very complicated!
